There was no problem in the on-site installation by the after-sales personnel, and the subsequent disassembly found that the inner part of the rotary joint had entered the iron cutting, causing the internal parts to wear and leak. It turned out that the water tank of the customer’s condensing machine had iron cutting impurities, which accidentally entered the inside of the rotary joint. Txuan after-sales service personnel have now carried out the repair and replacement of the damaged parts, and the customer site has resumed normal work.
